WuDo Solutions is the trading name of Wuestefeld and Doyle Limited. We support the public, private and charity sectors in the development and improvement of their governance systems. Established in 2015 by two friends, Amy Doyle and Michael Wuestefeld-Gray, we have developed a strong track record supporting clients across the UK and training people across the world, achieve the robust standards of good governance that are crucial to organizational success. Michael came from a scientific background to work in regulatory settings before taking on project work in the NHS. After the NHS reforms of 2013, he worked to develop local clinical commissioning groups, before co-founding WuDo Solutions. As lead consultant and trainer for the organization he and the team supporting him have worked to support clients and learners from across the UK and the wider world develop the governance abilities and expertise, they need to be at the top of their game. With over 20 years of experience he has matchless body information, and a real grounding in what works, and what doesn’t work, when driving improvements.

TRAINING

Everywhere we worked, we noticed the emergence of a similar theme: a lack of good information or establishment in key governance activities that kept organizations from performing at their highest level. To effectively deliver improvements, it became clear that we needed to be able to develop and deliver training to front-line, managerial, and board-level staff. Following this revelation, Wuestefeld and Doyle began researching what people in the sectors they served needed and wanted from their training. This insight was used that to develop WuDo Solutions, an organisation dedicated to supplying world-class training across the spectrum of good governance to people at all levels. Participants in open courses, online learning, and in-house courses gain tools, techniques, and resources that can immediately be put into practice to help their organizations develop effective governance systems and deliver better services. All WuDo courses are delivered by trainers with years of hands-on experience and expertise that they have obtained from both professional qualifications and through designing governance systems directly for the sectors they serve.
