Since 1983 West Berkshire Training Consortium has been providing high-quality apprenticeships and training to organizations and young people across West Berkshire and beyond. We have trained over 15,000 apprentices in a large range of occupations from accounting to warehousing. Learners and employers benefit from our personable, tailored approach and one-to-one support, resulting in high achievement and progression rates. WBTC has been working with local employers to help their business flourish and grow since 1983. We’re not for profit which lets us to take an imaginative approach in supporting our customers. It’s a popular choice for employers to bring young people into the organisation and -educate them up. Apprentices can be moulded to suit your culture and they often have a strong learning behaviour enabling them to pick up new abilities rapidly. WBTC will help you by; carefully matching apprentices to your organisation. accessing any grants for you to cover the initial costs of employing an apprentice, organise all of the training/assessment, sort the government funding, provide someone in your organisation with a mentoring course, take care of any paperwork.
