Vistelar is a training and consulting institute concentrated on addressing the whole spectrum of human debate — from before contact to how the debate is managed. We serve contact professionals who interact directly with the general community or an organization’s customers (e.g., law enforcement, healthcare, security, education, customer service) — and organizational teams who want to improve their performance by better managing debate. Vistelar’s mission is to address these growing problems: lack of esteem escalated aggression and damaging videos. Our vision is to build reverential and safer environments by teaching people how to treat all others with dignity. Our methodologies have been proven in the real-world for over thirty years and are the issue of various books and training manuals in Vistelar’s Confidence in Conflict and Conflict Management series. Vistelar’s training has concentrated the point of effect.— the short period of time when disagreements, insults, or gateway behaviors, such as swearing or aggressive posturing, can escalate to debate and on to emotional and/or physical violence.
