The Apprenticeship Offer

​Together Training (TT) has concentrated on ensuring a specific offer that is different from the offer currently proposed by the owner-colleges and is one that addresses specific talents issues across the local and regional landscape.  It is well-documented e.g. Regional Economic Plans; CBI research and publications; Industrial Strategy, that pressing abilities wants relating to the following:

·    The upskilling of existing employees to increase productivity.

·    Creating more abilities in professional services where there are shortages.

·    Ensuring  Industry with the skills it needs to cope with the important advancements that are exactly evolving

·    Providing the digital skills needed to meet current and future job necessaries
