THE TAI GROUP, A LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
Founded in New York City in 1979, The TAI Group was originally called The Actors Institute. At that time, our audience was the theatre community in New York and Los Angeles, but we quickly spread across the US, Europe, Israel and beyond. We were not a typical acting school; we used principles and tools of the theater to help people mine the rich soil of an individual’s creativity and unleash its power. Our audience quickly widened to people who were starting careers, ending careers and anyone else who needed to experience a creative revitalization.
In 1996, we took our creative methodology into the corporate world, developing leaders, teams, and the culture of Fortune 1000 companies. We help leaders, teams, and high potential employees, achieve their desired results by focusing first on them as individuals. We investigate what’s personally meaningful to them, what they want to create, and teach them the tools they need to make it happen. Our methodology is rooted in introspective discussions and experiential coaching.
