Why Tailwind?

I co-founded Tailwind Project Solutions in response to seeing the market become flooded with a “sheep dip” approach to project management that didn’t answer these questions adequately, nor solve the real challenges that businesses and individuals experience in this ever-increasingly complex world of project management, namely how to deliver significant change whilst simultaneously maintaining organizational stability.
