Apprentices work in your organisations and attend college on day release. You can use the apprenticeship programme to improve existing employees or use our dedicated Business Development Team to recruit high quality and committed apprentices to join your  labor force. We have achieved success rates 12% higher than the National College Average which attracted more employers and apprentices to Shipley each year. Last year we had an increase of 26% more apprenticeships offered and are committed to developing this further.
