Profile Development and Training Ltd were established by Andrea and Mark Webb together with Andy and Casey Gibbons in 2008. The initial essential purpose of the company was to ensure high-quality work-based training to employers and employees to meet the demands of the altering workforce. This concentrates has developed over the years to involve a range of very successful apprenticeship programmes with our success rates being maintained well above the national average. The team deliver our apprenticeship programmes across the entire of the South East of England with 100% of the delivery in the workplace. This is a matchless selling point and has allowed us to deliver bespoke programmes to meet both the learner’s and employer’s wants. As the majority of our companies are small businesses we understand the significance of a highly skilled employee and can provide the right training is developed for the individual company. All our staff are highly competent and qualified in their individual areas and perpetually maintain this learning ethic both individually and for their learners. Profile understands the significance of collaborative working and has a number of like-minded partners who all work together to achieve a supportive environment for all.
