For new clients, we recommend a mini-review of exact management systems, followed by an audit of compliance against both these systems and the necessaries of the law. This introductory work consequences in a report definiting strengths and weaknesses, and advise for improvement as appropriate.  We offer both active monitoring (site-special safety inspections to ensure standards are being applied effectively) and reactive monitoring conducting investigations following accidents and incidents.
