Plan2Win was started because we saw a gap in the training and ability levels of today’s sales teams. Real territory strategy and key account planning were not being taught, and there were no equipments to facilitate the continuum. That is why P2W was started. The purpose of P2W is to create sales equipments that provide the sales person’s activities, not impede them.
