Plan2Win was started because we saw a gap in the training and ability levels of today’s sales teams. Real territory strategy and key account planning were not being taught, and there were no equipments to facilitate the continuum. That is why P2W was started. The purpose of P2W is to create sales equipments that provide the sales person’s activities, not impede them. P2Ws software, consulting, and sales training push sales people to think analytically, methodically and strategically about their industries. P2W will get them to think about their selling techniques and their territories. We will help them create a sales plan or Account plan that will help them sell. More significantly, we make them think in new ways. Whether it is the training or just using the software alone, sales people create better strategies with P2W.
