Paramount HR Solutions was shakedown in May 2005 as a HR firm. In 2006 it started to develop a training arm and became a FETAC registered supplier By 2007 the firm started its first FETAC programs which were delivered to its business costumer. The firm now delivers whole and minor awards. Paramount HR Solutions has also developed 2 Essential Awards in response to costumer needs. Paramount Education and Training also delivers Abilitynets programs to the customer. Paramount HR Solutions is industry-led and at its core is the aspiration of progressing costumer relationships and contracts by offering more special-purpose awards at that are nationally and internationally recognized at all levels. This is distinct  in the firm’s vision, mission, and worth.
