Mary Murphy worked with multinational firms in Ireland for over 10 years beforehand to providing Occupational Health + Safety Services in 1993. A graduate of NUIG, UCD and The University of Birmingham. Mary was also awarded a certificate of operational competence in occupational hygiene (LFOH) from the British Occupational Hygiene Society. Mary qualified as an Alexander Technique Teacher in 2018 and incorporates the technique into her Manual Handling and DSE training and advisosors services in addition to offering Alexander Technique lessons in the workplace. Mary has been working in the field of Health and Safety since 1990.
