MDF ESA is part of the international MDF (Management for Development Foundation) Training & Consultancy Group based in Ede, The Netherlands. It has offices in Africa, Brussels, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, DRC, Indochina, South Asia, and Belgium working all over the world on management for development. The MDF Group goals to contribute to improved management of people and organizations working in development and international co-operation. With our regional headquarters founded in 2003 in Arusha, Tanzania, and since January 2008, a liaison office in Nairobi, Kenya, MDF-ESA delivers training and consultancy services adapted to the East and Southern African context. MDF-ESA services focus on three fields of work: • Institutional progress and organizational strengthening • Programme and Project management • Human resource management and development Throughout the year, we have Open Entry Courses (OEC) which are a regular program of courses delivered in Arusha and Nairobi for durations of one to two weeks. We also deliver Tailor-made training offered at customer requests that cater to customers’ specific needs in their work environment. Moreover, MDF-ESA can provide a wide range of Consultancy services and process facilitation such as assessments, reviews, evaluations, strategic planning and alter processes, coaching for managers as well as workshop facilitation.
