MDS maintains essential offices in Hong Kong and Beijing, branch offices in Shanghai, Taipei, and Singapore, and a great team of Associate Trainers and Coaches in more than a dozen cities in Greater China and the AP Area. MDS’s full-time team put immense resources into building and maintaining great teams of Associate Coaches and Associate Trainers. In this way, we are able to provide you with the very best professionals to deliver your assignments and programs.
We have a strong team of highly experienced trainers, who have each held their own Management or leadership positions in a range of professions. They also have years of experience as qualified educators.
All MDS Associate Trainers need to have:
- a Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- experience in a leadership role in any profession
- a solid track record as a trainer or coach
Further Associate Trainers have to undergo extensive training to become qualified to deliver MDS programs.
Our single purpose is to make sure that abilities, attitudes and mindsets taught in MDS programmes are transferred to the workplace. To achieve this, how you follow up learning after a workshop is at least as significant as the workshop itself. Therefore mixed learning concentrates on pre-course preparations, the workshop itself, and the follow up afterwards. Learning circles are the most useful and cost-effective way of following up.
