About
Myers-Insole Local Learning is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (C.I.C.) that was set up in Bristol in 2005.
We are a small company consisting of two directors:
Pete Insole – Project Manager (historic environment specialist)
Ruth Myers – Project Manager (teaching and learning specialist)
We enjoy working collaboratively on creative approaches to explore our local heritage and culture. Over the last 10 years, we have worked with local schools, colleges, universities, and communities on many innovative projects across Bristol. We work in partnership with other experts to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all participants, incorporating a variety of elements including street theatre, storytelling, art, film, radio, archaeological investigations and digital technologies. We have a very successful fundraising track record that has included a range of grants of various scales.
