The College works entirely with employer partners to deliver apprenticeships, work-based training, and college training, through existing programs or bespoke training designed specifically to meet the need of the business. Leicester College is also the widest training provider of Apprenticeships in the City and sub-region, training almost 3,000 apprentices this year ranging from 16- 18-year-olds to adult apprentices. We have an incredible wealth of expertise in a wide range of Apprenticeship programs including business administration, construction crafts, motor vehicles, hairdressing, and print. Together with our Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA), the College delivers a comprehensive offer to the employer. Our teams work directly with the employer to help identify the correct apprentice required and support the employer from recruitment to delivery.
