We deliver our apprenticeships and training courses through interactive instructor-led online learning work-based sessions via Microsoft Teams. These act as a virtual classroom conducted within the workplace with an entirely qualified trainer. The work-based sessions are supplemented by face-to-face meetings with learners and employers periodically to see how they are getting on with their studies. Our apprenticeship programs are structured into four components below designed to map abilities, information, behaviors to the apprenticeship standard and assess the quality of learning outcomes.
