Institute of Organizational Development (IOD), since 2002, offers Organizational Development (OD) Certificate Programs designed for those individuals who are new to the OD field or those currently practicing in the area of OD, or those in HR/L&D/Change Management roles. As a partner with the HR Certification Institute of SHRM, the OD Certificate Program offers 48 continuing education credits.

This OD Certificate Program ensures participants with the possibility to grow in their career and achieve the equipment, competencies & practical experience needed for OD needed to become an OD Professional. Courses are offered over an 8 month period both online or classroom. Participants complete a development plan and several of activities to enhance their learning. Many of the graduates have gained new roles or new positions after receiving their certificates.
