Innov8 Training and Development Ltd provides training for young people and adults, wishing to enter the Construction, Hairdressing, and Information Technology
industries. Innov8 Training & Development is a community-based supplier that works in London and across the South and South West of England. We work in close partnership with
schools, employers, and other partners including local authorities, a range of other organizations, and charities. Our provision is highly successful – over 90% of our learners successfully complete their qualifications and a large percentage move on to further training or employment is an approved assessment center for City and Guilds, The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), WJEC, and Pearson; delivering a large range of qualifications and also Maths, English and IT abilities. All of our programs can be adapted to meet individual needs and form a bespoke training program of multiple qualifications. We pride ourselves on the level of support offered to our learners, some of whom have difficult syllabus. We are also mindful of our role in the community, along with working to limit our effect on the environment and to protect our planet. Our success is built on an innovative approach, and clear strategic aims linked to effective target setting, implementation, and monitoring.
