Ingeus is a company established on helping people to realize their potential. The Ingeus Group evolved from a small rehabilitation company established by Thérèse Rein, called Work Directions that commenced operations in Australia in 1989. Work Directions Australia rapidly founded a reputation for inspiring people who were cut off from work due to disability, illness or injury, by assisting them to address the physical and psychological aspects of their condition and helping them back to work. In the 1990s, this expertise was adapted to supply individually tailored and providing services to support people who were on unemployment benefits back into work. Services were afterward enlarged to involve nationally accredited training, labor hire, and recruitment services. In 2002, we took our matchless approach to assist those people most isolated from the labor market to the United Kingdom and later re-branded as Ingeus. Our accomplishments in Australia and the United Kingdom led to the group partnering with governments and their agencies in France, Germany, Sweden, South Korea, and Switzerland. We take pride in delivering services that make a genuine difference to people’s lives, involving employment and health programs, services for young people, training and abilities assistance, and probation services. In 2011, we re-entered Aust regalia with the acquisition of Assure Programs, a business psychology organization specializing in organizational development and employee assistance programs throughout Australia and New Zealand. In 2014 Ingeus became part of Arizona-based human services supplier Providence Service Corporation. Since then we have further diversified involving UK health, probation, and youth services and into new countries such as the USA, Canada, and Singapore. Today, we are over 2700 people working alongside valued partners to deliver a large range of services across 10 countries which all help people to develop and transform their lives.
