HBTC was established in 1994 by Judith Dolman and Margaret Wingfield and goals to supply a quality learning experience for participants in all programs. We work for and in partnership with a range of private area organizations. We supply a range of training occasions and can offer free advice and guidance across a variety of programs, involving advice on funding occasions. We exactly have occasions in the following fields:

• Business Administration
• IT Application Specialist
• Customer Service
• Team Leading and Management
• Teacher Training
• School Teaching Assistants
• Literacy and Numeracy

Training and/or Qualifications in the above areas can be either partially or entirely funded through the following government funding streams:

• Apprenticeships: 16-18 years old
• Adult Apprenticeships: 19+ years old (including 25+)

All programs include training where necessary and an NVQ or Diploma at Level 2 or 3 (as appropriate). Apprenticeships, including Adult Apprenticeships, also include Functional Abilities and Technical Certificate qualifications.
