Overview
Heart of England Training is a private training supplier. Founded in 1971, our Head Office is in Rugby and we have six Training Academies in Rugby, Coventry, Birmingham, Daventry, Castle Vale, and Leicester.
Our mission statement is to deliver outstanding training and assist throughout all our sectors. Our apprenticeship programs are delivered in the most appropriate way, depending on the issue field or the necessaries of the learner and employer. Some learners attend off-the-job day-release training whilst some learners do all the training and assessment at work and have a visiting assessor. Whole and part-time learners are all in-house unless they have work experience placements. The firm exactly delivers training in a diversity of sectors involving Businesses, Salons and Schools offers.
Courses within these sectors involve Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leadership, Management, Project Management, Hairdressing, Barbering, Beauty Therapy, Teaching Assistant, School Business Professional, Learning Mentor, and Sports.
Functional abilities and GCSEs, as well as a diversity of technical certificates, are also involved in the large diversity of training programs to involve apprenticeships for work-based learning, pre-16 provisions with schools, full and part-time courses, sub-contract arrangements with partners, and bespoke training for private learners. There is also a comprehensive training program for a broad diversity of trade courses involving CAVA (assessors and internal verifier qualifications) and teaching/training qualifications.
