Genos International is a global team of change-makers using emotional intelligence to enhance how we connect, communicate and collaborate at work. Transforming these essential people skills at work also makes a difference to peoples’ relationships outside of the workplace. People become better parents, partners, siblings and friends. That’s why we call our work Game-changing for business, Life-changing for people.
Genos International helps professionals apply core emotional intelligence skills that enhance their self-awareness, empathy, leadership and resilience. In a world of ‘do more with less’, applying emotional intelligence at work is fundamental to success.
In 2002, Genos International was first formed by CEO Dr. Ben Palmer and Professor Con Stough of Swinburne University to bring to the market the first Australian model and measure of emotional intelligence. Since then, Genos has grown into an integrated product and service organisation now operating globally, with an extensive partner network offering Genos assessments and programs in North America, Europe, India, China, South Africa, South East Asia and New Zealand.
The team includes experts in assessment and survey design, research, building learning programs, and integrating these to deliver actionable results into businesses. All our coaches and facilitators are credentialed and experienced professionals passionate about creating more emotionally intelligent and mindful workplaces. Clients choose Genos because of our content, credibility, customer service and above all, the results we’ve generated.
