Courtney Associates is a dynamic Management Development and Training Organisation based in the North West of England. We supply a diversity of inspirational and creative business Training and Development solutions in the area of Leadership, Management, and Business Development to organisations throughout the UK and Europe. We work with both public and private sector organizations, involving the NHS, local authorities, SME’s and corporate organizations across all industry areas. Our courses are delivered both “in -house” for fields, and also on a “public/open course” basis for individuals. We work with a team of training consultants who are all specialists in their respective areas, and who have acquired over 30 years’ experience operating in senior positions within the industry before partnering with us. This has been part of the key to our achievement. The firm was established in 2006 and is headed up by two directors, Tom and Denise Courtney. Tom is the MD of the firm and also the Lead Trainer.
