Who are we?

We are Barrow Training Partnership – Keith, Cheryl, Jacqui and George. The firm founded in 2004 to supply a quality training and assessment service for the construction industry.

We perpetual to supply this service to our construction customers as well as additional industries such as local authorities, manufacturing, utilities, engineering and schools. Our diversity of customers is diverse and we strive to deliver the best possible service to meet their ever altering wants.

What we do

We can deliver training and assessment the tallness and breadth of Cumbria with training centres in Barrow in Furness and Carlisle. We also deliver on-site, at firm premises or other suitable venues. We have recently built a broad training centre in Carlisle, which opened in August 2020.

Why do we do it?

Our mission is to provide that:

• Construction workers have the abilities and qualifications needs to work competently and safely in industry.

• Construction employers have sufficient educated and qualified workers to meet their business wants.

We believe everyone in construction should have the information and understanding to allow them to complete their work competently and safely in order to return home every night safe and well, having done a productive days work. We are committed to supplying quality information, recommendation and guidance (IAG) so that our learners can go on to succeed their whole potential. This commitment is reflected in the succeed and retention of the Matrix quality standard awarded for IAG.
