Agile Project Delivery is not an easy task especially for large non-software related projects. In other words, moving to a more agile way of working is not easy. Most infrastructure projects are still delivered via a linear Waterfall Model approach of design, build, test, and commission through large and often disparate teams.
Businesses already having to cope with the ever shifting global uncertainties now are having to get used to a new reality and fundamentally re-engineer how they deliver their projects.
A Project Manager’s Survival Guide to Agile Project Delivery
DADA Enterprises is supporting the Project Management Institute (PMI) as part of a series of webinars on practical tools that Project Managers can use to cope with this uncertainty, which will only increase.
Join us on the 30th April 2020 at 18:00 BST (13:00 EST) by registering here where we will explain how major non-software related projects can also move towards Agile project delivery.
Our free webinar will look at how PMOs can go further and be a driver of transformation. We will ask the question whether Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) can be used to scale Agile to large programs of work that are not software related. We will look at how Agile PMOs can help Project Managers follow an iterative development approach to planning and delivery.
Jump in and join this LIVE session to engage with us on answering your ‘real-world’ questions and challenges.
As part of the Project Management Institute (PMI) family, ProjectManagement.com is one of the largest one-stop shop for PM answers to deliver free templates and webinars to help projects manage this uncertainty.
We will look at how the PMO can support Agile project delivery and how the PMO can support overall business agility to adopt some of the Agile mind-set.

This webinar will provide you invaluable insights to ensure successful Agile Project Delivery especially for large non-software related projects.
Please note that the webinar will be Agile jargon speak free. We explain the best practices of Agile delivery using normal NEC project delivery terms. Obviously it is unrealistic to expect that companies will completely transform their governance practices and contract delivery. So finally the webinar will explain how best practices can still be adopted under your existing project governance, using hybrid portfolios including both Waterfall and Agile delivery reporting.

Is it possible to enroll without having PMI Membership? As a PRINCE2 Certified professional, it aroused my interest.
Content on Projectmanagement.com is split between “Premium” and “General” classification. For the latter you can watch sessions without needing to be a PMI Member. You just need to get a FREE account with https://www.projectmanagement.com/ to enrol.
However as this content is deemed Premium and to join the webinar you would need to become a PMI Member for $129 per year. However this would also unlock all of the other Premium Content on https://www.projectmanagement.com and you would also be able to watch all their on-demand Premium webinar versions as well as download Premium tools and templates.
As we at DADA recognised these are difficult times for some companies and individuals we have made part of the presentation free to download with the link below:

Which is the best agile software project management tool? I am trying to find the answer of this question.
Is that applicable to the construction and oil&gas industry? In other words, can we used agile for pipeline?
Hi Giuseppe,
Reply below.
Hope it helps to make your mind up,
Scarlett
Hi Giuseppe,
The reason why lot of CAPEX projects struggle with applying Agile is that it is based on developing an Agile Release Train (ART) which creates a continuous delivery of a Minimum Viable Product (MPV) to the End User to develop a better final product. This is a problem for CAPEX projects which are have a start date and end date, a Works Information, contractual responsibilities and penalties. Without giving away much further of the webinar we shall explain firstly these barriers and then how companies need not completely transform their governance practices and contract delivery but adopt best practices using hybrid portfolios including both Waterfall and Agile delivery reporting.
Please have a look at the teaser slides for further information.
Hope the above helps to make your mind up,
Scarlett
