    The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of more complex (medium to large) projects that align with the organization’s strategic initiatives; and can lead multiple projects simultaneously.

    This position provides guidance and leads the team members through project planning, execution, and close-out. They embrace each project with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency to follow the processes and ensure the deliverables and dates are met, or as necessary follow the structured change control process to obtain approval for changes that impact time, cost, scope, and business objectives.

    The Project Manager works with the business to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress, and prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. This position builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.

    Requires:

    Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communication, Business, IT, Health Care, Physical Science, or a related field.
    4+ years of experience working in Project Management or a related field. Familiarity with project management tools (such as Project Server, Eclipse, Project Pro and Team Foundation Server)
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
    Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable DMV record.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is preferred and required within two years of entry into the position
