This group of professionals has enough experience to know that they “don’t know what they don’t know”. As early-stage leaders, they are focused on both people management and department operations. The role has many challenges and requires wide-ranging skills in the area of people management and department operations.
This two-day workshop is highly experiential and includes two on-hour follow-up coaching sessions focused on the individualized needs of each participant.

OUTCOMES
Attendees will leave this workshop prepared to handle a wide range of managerial responsibilities – both people and operational.
