Description
Making decisions as a leader or leadership team is complicated and slowed during times of shock or change. The key to good decision making, or even just the ability to make a decision, in times of high uncertainty is the strength and autonomy of the team and the culture that supports it.
Agility, speed of decision-making, the ability to acknowledge mistakes and pivot, strong contingency plans, and accountability all require that the foundation of trust and vulnerability exists to support each team member in bringing their best to the table. Business results will be faster, stronger, and better sustained as the leadership develops a culture of high trust, accountability, and results-oriented practices.
