PeopleTek’s Team Journey is a custom program that will be developed with the specific needs of your organization and team in mind. The program will teach the individuals, managers, and executives in your team to work closely together so that large projects can be tackled seamlessly. This program trains your entire team together, either in-person or virtually. It is structured as a workshop where the team will work through a single project that they chose collectively. As they move through the project, the team will be coached by PeopleTek experts who will assess them as they go forward. The coaching sessions will be geared towards the areas that most need assistance as issues arises with the project. Throughout the process, participants will learn to better communicate with one another and forge strong bonds of lasting trust. As they work together, they will transform into high-performance team members. By the time the program is complete, your team members will have bought into a common mission and be comfortable with leveraging the talent and strengths of each individual to complete the job.
