Stony Point has developed this training course to equip all customer service and call center personnel with the basics of Salesforce. Participants of this training course will learn how to work with accounts, contacts, cases, solutions and activities. Further, the course instructor will show students how to use and create list views and reports to effectively filter information.
All course participants will receive a practice learning environment during hands-on exercises in the course. Once the course has been completed, students may keep and continue to use this learning environment indefinitely without any additional fee.
