Leadership training for your first line, middle, and executive managers – Modular training workshops
This CPD accredited leadership workshop series can be delivered in-house or online for managers and combines the best in engaging and effective Experiential Learning and blended-learning activities to develop leadership techniques and achieve results through others.
Today’s managers face a challenging role where they are expected to build high-performance teams while simultaneously working towards set KPI goals, delivering the team and organizational breakthrough thinking strategies, and optimizing the performance of LEAN and AGILE processes in their team or organization. This course addresses the multifaceted role of a manager and uses Appreciative Inquiry techniques to ensure that delegates get the absolute most from this program.
Depending on each group, this workshop can be delivered at three levels:
- Phase I – First Line, Team Leader, Supervisor Level
- Phase II – Middle Manager Level
- Phase III – The Emotionally Intelligent Leader – Middle / Senior and Executive
We also offer a CPD accredited, 90 minute, online, 1-to-1 coaching workshop of this course from £35 per session on Zoom or Teams.
Utilizing state-of-the-art software using Smartphone interactions in our online workshops we can guarantee complete delegate participation and motivation.
