Customer Service Advantage is a workforce development experience unlike any other. Based on DISC, a widely used behavioral assessment tool used to improve teamwork and understand different communication styles, the focus of Customer Service Advantage is on building vital behaviors that enable your staff to increase customer loyalty while improving morale, teamwork and commitment throughout the workplace. This customer service program with Bonfire Training is grounded in key sources of research and combined with behavioral style elements to produce a development experience that is tailored to each participant. Your team members will walk away knowing they have the advantage to bring success to themselves and your organization.
This program is focused on advancing participants’ capabilities in six specific skills. These skills were selected from various research reports; the reports revealed the importance of team members being capable in these areas in order to positively influence the experiences of their customers and their loyalty.
