This one-day Conflict Resolution course is highly interactive and is designed to provide participants with tools for managing conflict in the workplace.
During this workshop participants will learn about mediation theory and process and will gain experience for resolving conflict, including alternative dispute mediation and resolution techniques. Participants will also be able to practice what they learn through the use of case studies, simulations, and role-plays.
