Requirements:
- For all level 3 and 4 apprenticeships the minimum English and maths level 1, ideally level 2.
- For level 2 apprenticeships the minimum entry level for English and maths is ‘Entry level 3’ (E3).
- For level 5 and 6 apprenticeships, the minimum English and maths should be level 2, some individual circumstances may be considered at level 1.
Description
Coaching is a way of treating people, a way of thinking and a way of being which is seen as vital in supporting individuals to enhance their professional performance and support future ways of working.
There has been a growing demand for one-to-one coaching, team coaching, leadership coaching and for coaching skills to be embedded within companies.
This apprenticeship aims to teach learners how to empower and engage with individuals and organisations to build their self-belief and enhance performance.

It is found in every sector across the country including, for example: health, finance, engineering and manufacturing, business and professional services, education, retail, leisure, technology and construction.
