Building Innovative Leadership and Transforming Your Organization online or hybrid course provides the opportunity for current mid-level leaders and senior leaders to build on their success and transform not only themselves as leaders – but they will also transform part of their organization as part of the class to ensure they are keeping pace with the rapidly changing world.
This program is delivered through a combined approach of real-time virtual or face-to-face discussions with peers, online content delivered through workbooks, articles, podcasts, and videos as well as one-on-one coaching and 360-degree feedback and self-assessment tools. You learn who you are and how you are perceived. You will also engage in a real-time change project that creates buy-in and drives substantive change within your company. This project can be completed using online collaboration tools or in-person collaboration.
At the conclusion of this six-month program, you have implemented your action plan and have become a more effective leader. In addition to becoming more self-aware, communicating more effectively, dealing better with conflict, having a clearer understanding of what you value and how you live your life purpose; you will also have defined a key change initiative within your organization and make process toward implementation. You will build your ability to align the key elements of personal values, personal behavior, culture, and systems to successfully implement transformational change. Your clarity and authenticity will deliver results and inspire others.
